Q: Will I be charged for set up time?

 

A. No. The time starts when the beat drops.

 

Q: How much time will the DJ require to Setup?

 

A. For most events like Weddings and Holiday Parties, the Setup is only one (1) hour or less. For a group of up to 300 people; for large events where more equipment (lighting, speaker and cables)  more time is required.

 

Q: Can we have overtime if the event goes longer than anticipated?

 

A. YES. Overtime is always available. It is offered in 60 minute increments and can be arranged near the scheduled near the end of the original contracted time. Overtime is equal to the same rate as the contracted rate.

 

Q: How far in advance should we book your services?

 

A. As with all event planning, the sooner, the better. Most popular dates book early and in some cases, this can be up to one year in advance. Book soon to get the date that you would like. Waiting till the last minute may be disappointing.

 

Q: Can our guest make a song request to you and will you play them? 

 

A. ABSOLUTELY. As long as the guest’s selection is within the music type the client specified and I have that selection with at the event, it will get played. I generally carry about 5000 titles to each event. My database covers 99% of all the songs requested. By using the supplied Music Request Form in the Planning Kit, you will be sure that I will have those selections on hand.

 

Q: Is there a “travel distance” for long distance?

 

A. YES. For distances over 35 miles from Belleville IL. However, generally, this is NO charge to Saint Louis. Traveling beyond those points are charged at the rate of $.53 per mile. Depending on the time and location of your event, it may even require an overnight stay.

 

Q: Do you accept Credit Cards and checks?

 

A.YES. I accept both MasterCard and Visa and Pay pal for deposits. I don't accept personal checks, but Money Orders and cash is fine.

 

Q: What if you get sick or can’t make it for some other reason?

 

A. Your event is just as important to me as it is to you. I have NEVER MISSED A SHOW in the 16 years being business. But just in case... I keep  DJ's on standby for emergencies or last-minute shows.

 

Q: Are tips accepted?

 

A. Sure. Your gratefulness is very much appreciated if you feel like I rocked your event and you want to give more... I won’t stop you!
